What Does Praise Do?

When we praise the Lord, it allows Him to answer our prayers faster. I have forgotten where these Scriptures are located, but they are in the Bible. The Bible also says that when we praise Him, we receive more angelic protection.

Praise, thankfulness, and gratitude are very important. A few nights ago, I finally understood why He moves faster when we praise Him. He moves faster because He sees that we are thankful and have gratitude towards what He has already done for us, which causes Him to be excited to do more. Do you see? God made us in His Image, which causes us to understand His nature a little more. Think about it....... when you do something nice for someone, and they show gratitude, it encourages you to do more, or it allows you to give them more when the occasion arises. If I give something to someone, and I see that they aren't thankful, I tend to stop giving to them. I usually like to give people a lot of encouragement, and when people look at me with gratitude in their eyes, it excites me and makes me want to bless them even more. The opposite is also true; if I give encouragement, and I see that the person didn't really care for it, whenever another chance arises to encourage, I won't take it because I already know that the person wasn't thankful with the prior encouragement that was given.

The reason why God moves faster is because He sees our thankful hearts. When He blesses us with something, He will give us a little more when we show gratitude because He sees that we were thankful for the little things. After we show gratitude for the small things, He will give us bigger things!

So..... show God your gratitude. Praise Him always! Always be happy where you are in life because it could have been worse.

I was inspired to write this post after realizing the joy that I receive when I create either artwork, music, new ideas, etc. You see.... we were created in God's image, and God created all things. All things were created by Him, and for Him.

When God created creation, He was happy with it and said that it was good. When we create things, we experience a similar type of joy that God experienced when He created creation. Whenever you make something, or think up an idea, you get excited because you experience the joy that God experienced. Inspiration and creativity are intertwined. We can't create if we are not inspired.

Let's go out, and create! Enjoy your creativity! Everyone is creative! Some people think that they are not, but they really are. I learned that there is much to offer to the world through creativity, and that it gives us great joy to create!If you have an idea, don't let it go to waste! You were inspired by the Most High!
